This section concentrates on pipe frost protection applications.
Only two products are needed for most frost protection applications - these are TRACE10J and TRACE20J - the reason:- between them, they are safe for use on both metal and plastic pipes ranging in size from 15mm to 150mm diameter, and only a straight run of heating cable is needed along the pipe - one metre of TRACEJ per metre of pipe
TRACEJ is a best seller. It is self regulating c/w earth & polyolefin outerjacket. It is the right choice for projects and contracts in most industrial and construction environments.

ThermMAT is a heating mat with a twin wire heating cable pre-mounted onto commercial grade fibreglass mesh that holds the heating cable together to simplify installation. Manufactured in a wide range of ready made sizes and with the supply lead wire at one end only, it is supplied on a roll for quick and easy installation – this design offers maximum flexibility to the installer; easy to plan and easy to lay and suitable for large or small areas.
One side of ThermMAT is extremely sticky for quick and easy installation to the sub-floor.
ThermCABLE is a twin wire heating cable supplied on a plastic reel with the supply lead wire at one end only. ThermCABLE requires more time to install than ThermMAT but it can provide the installer with extra layout flexibility, especially in smaller areas with obstacles, such as en-suites, shower rooms and bathrooms. A table provides a guide to the floor area permutations at various watts density and cable spacing.
With ThermMAT or ThermCABLE there is no need to get two ends of cable back to a termination point.
ThermCONTROL is a digital programmable control suitable for flush mounting. Automatic large blue back-light display (Turns off after 30 seconds from the last key press). 10 Year flash memory of programmed settings of 5 day/2 day Program (Weekday/Weekend programming).
Approved by design houses for looks and available in white, silver or brass. CE approved.
